We strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing for our services. The cost will be communicated to you during the initial consultation or as part of the quotation process. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon before the commencement of the survey.
3. Appointment Scheduling & Access
We will work with you to schedule appointments for site visits and assessments. It is important to be available and provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time. In case of any changes or delays, we appreciate timely communication to reschedule as necessary.
4. Scope of Work
Our survey will be performed in accordance with relevant professional best practices and in compliance with applicable regulations. The specific scope of the survey will be outlined prior to us attending site.
5. Customer Responsibilities

We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to pre-existing structural defects or unforeseen issues identified during our survey.
